STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.  The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
2. Our invoices are payable upon receipt, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, HTS Ag reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 1.5% of the sum remaining due monthly. HTS Ag will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, HTS Ag reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
4. Any service or support provided that is not specifically mentioned in this quote will be provided at our normal hourly rate of such services. 
   
5. HTS Ag undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. HTS Ag cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
6. Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturers warranty and may cover only depot service on our equipment.
7. Data Transfer or recovery is not included under manufacturers warranty.
8. MINIMUM 15% restocking fee with original packaging subject to approval.
9. Equipment billed on receipt by HTS Ag.  Service billed seperately.
10. Any permits needed are the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. Any electrical work needed is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
12. All Indiana or Illinois use tax due to Indiana or Illinois is the sole responsibility of the customer.
